pleasant stay with room for improvement
The breakfast options included freshly baked pastries that were good. We enjoyed the pool view from our room. The family-friendly atmosphere was upgraded with the enjoyable water slides that kept the kids entertained. The pool area was well-maintained and provided comfortable lounging spots for our family.
The reception staff could use more training in English to assist international guests effectively.

Ironing requires an extra fee, a bit surprising for a five-star hotel. The non-smoking rooms still carry lingering smells of cigarettes from previous guests, and housekeeping's efforts could not remedy that . Pool loungers frequently get snagged by early risers laying down towels, leaving many guests without a spot despite the pool being less busy later in the day. Loud, explicit music played during the day raised eyebrows, especially with families having young children around. Limited hours for kids' play areas and water slides could leave parents scrambling for activities.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Staff provided excellent entertainment with live music at night and fun games for kids. The aquapark is a hit for families with children. Food variety was decent, but some meals felt repetitive.

The food selection was excellent, with premium meats that added a gourmet touch to meals. The excursions organized by a team was good and polite member. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, as the bathrooms were not adequately cleaned, and the carpet throughout the hotel appeared worn. While the entertainment was enjoyable, including lively night shows, the limited cleaning service diminished the overall experience.

Awesome pools & friendly vibes!
The pools were super fun & well-maintained. The snack bar by the pool was a hit with my kids. They loved the variety of food, especially the fresh pizzas! The only bummer was that the gym was kinda small and could use better equipment.
